Jace Riley joined the firm as a law clerk in May 2021. Jace continued to work with the team throughout his final year of a law school at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, which he graduated from in 2022. In his time with the firm, Jace has primarily worked on commercial litigation matters and has drafted disclosure statements, written discovery requests, and motions for summary judgment. Jace has also had extensive exposure to large-scale ESI discovery and related discovery disputes. Additionally, he has worked on transactional matters such as governing documents for planned communities, letters of intent, and purchase and sale agreements. During law school, Jace served as the executive articles editor of the Corporate and Business Law journal, was a teacher’s assistant for contract law and received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, in Business Organizations and High-Tech Licensing.
